Giroud Lauds Arsenal Spiri

Olivier Giroud says Arsenal's never-say-die attitude will ensure they pip North London rivals Tottenham to a UEFA Champions League spot.

The Gunners had to demonstrate that belief when they found themselves a goal down at home to Norwich on Saturday.

Three goals in the final five minutes from Giroud, Mikel Arteta and Lukas Podolski managed to turn the game around and secure a dramatic victory.
The three points lifted Arsene Wenger's above Chelsea and Tottenham and into third place in the Premier League.

They could extend that advantage over their London rivals to four points with victory over Everton, themselves chasing a European place, at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
Giroud believes Saturday's performance bodes well for the rest of the season and has urged his team-mates to keep it up.

"We never give up and try to play until the end of the game, that's one of our qualities," he said.
"We had a little bit of luck and it's so good to win this game because we can put the pressure on Spurs.
"We know that all games will be difficult to win so we have to continue to keep focused and take one game after another and grab maximum points."
